STOPStart Enterprises (formerly Hagar On-Time!) provides jobs for trafficked and abused women in Cambodia. Most of their employees have come to them from Hagar Cambodia's Shelter Program. STOPStart currently employs about 40 women, many of whom have been rescued out of sexual trafficking. Of the remainder, most have suffered extreme emotional or physical abuse.
